Receptionist


Lovell, Lovell, Isern & Farabough is seeking a full-time receptionist (bilingual is a plus) with excellent people skills to provide courteous and professional first contact with our firm, and to assist attorneys and other legal support staff. Wage is negotiable depending on experience. Eligible candidates will have excellent communication skills, detailed-oriented, multi-tasker, ability to work independently, and self-motivated to develop to their highest professional potential. Schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Responsibilities

Receptionist Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, printers, copiers, scanners, faxes, and appointment
scheduling and call forwarding systems.
• Ability to type 40 plus words per minute
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Respect for confidentiality and discretion
• Attention to detail
• Positive, upbeat attitude
• Dependable
• Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.

Receptionist Responsibilities:
• Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.
• Assisting clients and visitors with the location of legal staff.
• Maintaining and scheduling conference rooms.
• Maintaining the waiting area, lobby or other public areas.
• Observing business etiquette and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients.
• Ordering and replenishing office supplies.
• Managing the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Assisting with copying, scanning, filing, faxing, emailing, and note-taking
• Preparing meeting facilities, and arranging refreshments, if required.
• Lunch catering, including ordering, setting out lunch and cleaning up after
• Assist legal staff as needed.
